And Shipping Policy
Green
Beauty provided Free Shipping Worldwide for most of our high quality
products. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master
and Amex. Customers may also send via email or fax demand draft
to us.
All
products pack indicated with "Free Standard" are shipped through
Air Mail only, while those indicated with "Free Express" will be
shipped via Express Mail Service. For countries that EMS is not
available, we could only send through normal Air Mail and client
will be inform via email. There’re some products in fast moving
category or low margin, a low shipping charges will be indicated
and we will send via Normal Air Mail. If you purchase a product
with "Free Express" plus those with "Free Standard"
or a low shipping charges, we will shipped via Express Mail Service.
Normal
Air Mail Delivery Time: 7 - 15 working days from date of dispatch,
depending on countries.
EMS
Delivery Time: 2 - 6 working days from date of dispatch, depending
on countries.
All
our deliveries are send direct to address provided during purchase
and for consignment not delivered usually a slip will be left at
the consignee address or for apartment having building management
staff may accept parcel on behalf. For those consignment being held
at the local Post office client could either collect it themselves
or reschedule another delivering time with the tracking number provided.

Returns
Policy
Green Beauty guarantees all products sent to be of the highest quality
available. We provide good packaging of products to meet the needs
of the international market. We assure that all products send would
be properly sealed and leak proof. However, if for some reason you’re
not satisfied with our product, simply return the unopened product
along with your receipt within 10 days of our receiving the product,
and we’ll credit your charge card. There will be no refund if the
products are returned in a damaged condition. If a package is returned,
all other costs are refunded except minimum shipping and handling
levies i.e. USD 10.0 - 15.0 (depend on products and countries).
Privacy
Policy
At Green Beauty, we use a secure online ordering system and do not
keep any credit card information or particulars in our database
and information is retained only till execution of the order.
We
respect your privacy and will not for any reason release your name,
address, telephone number or email without your consent. Your particulars
are only used by us to contact you regarding the status of your
order or sending promotional offers on our range of products. Every
promotional offers sent by email could be opt out to stop receiving
these offers.
